‘Twas the end of the night, when all through the Chrysalis House
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
Though a sun sighting in the sky today was rare,
We are hoping tomorrow the sun will be there
The campers are nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of basketballs and skit night dance in their heads;
30 second stations, name that tune, and icebreakers galore
because the courts were a little too wet to do much more.
Finally I sprang to my feet and to the camp gave a whistle,
“Get some sleep tonight and tomorrow stay away from the thistle” (??)
We are signing off for the evening and turning off the light
Happy Arrowood ’19 to all and to all a good-night!
